Some Office Features Specific To Certain Programs

One of the difficulties in writing about Microsoft Office is that if I want to highlight a particular feature of one application, the chances are that same feature will be available on other applications. For example, I could be writing about using the Format Painter tool in Word, but that same tool is available across the Office range and so it is not, strictly speaking, a Word tool, but rather an Office one.
