How To Create Clever Captions In All Your Word Documents

The art of creating a good caption is quite simple: use the Five Ws (actually, to be more specific, the Five Ws and one H). The Ws being - who, what, where, when and why; and the H - how. So when you sit down to label your images, the first thing to think about is the who or what rule - try to describe what the image shows, then go on to state where and when the image has been created.
