Forming A Good Relationship With Your Customers

It's never a bad idea to make sure that, if your customers expect to find something, they do. They'll certainly expect to find that your company has an online presence, so you'll have to make sure that you have one - and that it's easily identifiable (many new businesses today will choose the name they trade under on the basis of what is available with a .com or .co.uk address). Most importantly, they will expect that your website will provide them with an experience that is pleasant and engaging, and which allows them to find and purchase whatever they need easily, with no obstructions and as few clicks as possible.
