What Are PST Files Used For In Outlook 2010?

Whether you're a new or experienced Outlook 2010 user, you'll have used some kind of data file in which Outlook stores all your work. If you use Outlook without linking to an Exchange Server then Outlook creates and updates a PST data file on your computer.
