Create A Sign Off And Not A Turn Off With Outlook

For many of us, using e-mail is a regular part of our working day. It's usually the first thing we check when we log on and the last thing we send at the of the day. Whether you are e-mailing business colleagues, clients, friends or family, it's appropriate to sign off with a different message for each addressee. So although you might like to end with kisses and hugs (xox), or laughing with tears (:'), you might not want to have this set as a default for any messages you send to clients, or your boss. At the same time, if you had to change your sign off many times over the course of the day, there would not be much more going on at your desktop than constant tweaks of your Outlook messages. So why not use automatic e-mail signatures instead?
