Training Programs: Induction Training To Take The Fear Out Of A New Job

We all know that dreaded feeling when we start a new job. The fear of being on public display as we are paraded around the office being introduced as the newbie; trying to look attentive and understand every single piece of information that is run past us and sitting through hours of monotonous PowerPoint slides. Then, when we least expect it, we are thrown to the lions and left to take live calls with little or hardly any support from our superiors. It is enough to put anyone off wanting to better themselves.
