I'm going to go out on a limb here, and assume that you're a decent, reasonable, considerate and capable kind of person. I'm sure you are. You're the kind of person who'd be drawn to read this article, clearly a marker of wisdom and refinement. However, are you sure that colleagues see you in quite the same light?
