Mastering The Art Of Meetings

Meetings are often maligned by staff and managers alike for usually being unproductive and a waste of time. Then again, a great meeting will be confidence-inspiring, motivating, and energizing. There's no getting rid of meetings - they are a necessary evil in the corporate world. A meeting makes people feel included in the organisation and its goals and achievements. None of us can get away with never seeing our colleagues face to face, having a brainstorm, or simply making announcements to each other.
